The fraternity houses

Which fraternities have houses? I’ve heard some have houses and some don’t. Also who’s got the nicest one?

all frats have houses except for delta tau delta cause they just got on campus. phi psi has one but it isnt on frat row (and i dont think sigma chi’s is either but i’m not 100% sure) i havent been to all the houses but pike’s wasnt bad.
