actual rankings (pt 3.)

Bottom Tier Fraternities:
8) Pike: Probably the best of the bottom tier fraternities, for what that's worth. They just don't give off a fraternity vibe. They almost feel like a club more than a frat. They do have some cool guys though, and turned out a pretty solid pledge class this past spring for what it's worth. Average in grades, below average in inter murals.
9) KA: Great in academics, but that's about it. They run into the same problem as TKE, with their house being off the row. Very small chapter, with only about 15 guys. Below average in inter murals.
10) Ag Sig: Very niche fraternity, they are southern based. Kind of like a poor man's Farmhouse. If you are into the whole Southern Boy thing though, give these guys a look. Below average in grades and intramurals.
11) Pi Kapp: I honestly didn't know this fraternity existed until my sophomore year. They fly as under the radar as it gets. Tech's worst fraternity. Sorry.
