Look up essentially any "Top Fraternity" list and, if not #1, always sitting near the top will be Sigma Chi. Tech is no different here, they've got grades, girls, parties, class, and in my opinion seem to be the only ones who really care about philanthropy.

Great chapter on campus. Always friendly and you can tell the girls actually like each other. They hang out with everyone and don't have cliques or stereotypes. They can have a good time but also stay classy.

SAE went from being nearly head-and-shoulders the fraternity to be in on campus to the one no one wants to be in. House is dry indefinitely, can't hold rush events in their house, took away pledging process, and lets not forget about the house burning down. Really sad to see because the guys in it now are great, but i'm certain they will greatly fall off in the coming years. None-the-less, still better than a lot of fraternities at Tech AS OF NOW.

They are a big fraternity so people assume they are cool, but they are very far from being "cool".

This sorority thinks of themselves as being the number one sorority on campus, but I beg to disagree. These girls are nice to your face and rude behind your back. Constantly are heard gossiping about their own sisters and don't even know half of their chapter. They may win things, but winning everything doesn't mean you have a great sisterhood.
