nobody actually cares about individual house rankings, theyre interchangable within tiers based on personal opinions

here's the rundown of tiers, no specific order within

TOP
sig chi, lambda, tke
- fun parties/tailgates and consistenlty mix w top 4 sororities
- different personalities, same level of clout

UPPER (most debate this area)
sammy, zbt, ka, pike
- all great houses
- lack either parties or dg kappa relations compared to top
- KA has best relations in this tier but is still developing since AEPi got the boot
- sammy is usually seen as being closest to filling in the SNU void but needs to improve relations

MID
phi sig
- better than houses below them, but not at the upper level yet

LOWER
phi delt, chi phi, ksig

BOTTOM
dtd, phi tau
