Housing questions

I'm a freshman, planning to go through recruitment in January and I have some housing questions. What years do we live in the house usually? If not sophomore year, what apartment complexes are near the row and where do most greeks stay? Starting to think about Fall 2021 and hoping maybe things will be normal.

It won't be the same without Lambda. I heard a lot of top rush prospects are looking at transferring to other top schools with active Lambda chapters. Second choice isn't an option for these top individuals

Most people live in the house junior year sometimes sophomore spring & junior year. Some seniors.
Lots other apartment options nearby

I guess Yasin and I are are going to have to buy a even bigger house to continue the Lambda festivities and house all the DG and Kappa ladies for the year
