official mid tier fraternity ranking

Everyone knows who the top three fraternities considered top tier are these same three have been at the top for almost a decade or longer. Those three are Lambda Chi Alpha, Sigma Chi and Phi Kappa Psi.
Where we see more play is in the fraternities considered Middle Tier which consist of the bulk of fraternities. HERE is the Official ranking after the recently concluded fall 17 PC.
TOP OF THE MIDDLE TIER
#4 Sigma Nu - Sigma Nu was able to capitalize on the misfortunes of Phi Psi not being able to take a PC, many rusher normally taken by one of the top tier fraternities ended up at SN and ZBT, surprisingly bypassing TKE.
#5 ZBT Had the same good fortune as SN being able to recruit lot of guys that would have gone to a top tier fraternity.
#6 TKE once at the top of the Middle Tier they slip behind SN and ZBT with a lack luster PC and not being able to capture some top tier guys from the Phi Psi fallout like SN and ZBT did.

LOWER MIDDLE

#11 AEPI
