Kappa Alpha Theta - ΚΑΘ Sorority at University of Southern California - USC 3.6 Top house and has been that way for a while along with kappa and DG. Not the hottest of the top houses, but definitely smartest (highest GPA on the row for 5 years). Can be a little cliquey, but most girls are pretty chill and down to earth.

Kappa Alpha Theta - ΚΑΘ Sorority at University of Southern California - USC 4.2 Nicest group of girls out of all the sororities I know. They seem to have a very strong sisterhood and actually care about academics. Very diverse and they aren't "superficial" unlike the other top sororities.
