Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 3.8 they are a fun house, and i think the house that came out of no where over the last year. their last two pledge classes were quality/cute and my house has been doing more with them especially this past semester. with their new house, zbt is sitting pretty right now

Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 1.3 every guy in here thinks they are cooler then they really are. Bottom house at USC I don't even know why they are ranked so high. Only desperate girls will go to their parties.

Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.3 definitely a rising house. not as hot as phi psi, nor will they be with the older guys in the house. But the recent pledge classes have been really quality.

Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 2.0 cute and nerdy but honestly think so much of themselves as rising to be a top house and they are wrong. Sigma Chi/SAE/Phi Psi are the top tier and i seriously doubt ZBT will ever join their ranks. They might go from lower middle tier to like mid middle tier though?

Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.3 the younger guys are really good looking, the outgoing seniors not so much. but the seniors are the nice ones and the young guys are the douchey ones so you give and you get. fastest rising house, will be a top house next year. new location/house will help too
