Sigma Nu - ΣΝ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 3.6 This overall is a pretty awesome house. They aren't top tier but they have an all around great house. I know a few brothers and their new pledge class is pretty HOT!

Sigma Nu - ΣΝ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 2.8 I have met many guys in the house and I can honesty say that most of them are just weird/awkward, but they are generally nice guys. I only stop by on occasion because my friend from high school is brother. Even after getting a brand new house, I really do think they will always be middle/bottom house

Sigma Nu - ΣΝ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.3 Nice guys, generally good-looking. Parties always seem to have a decent turnout, and the general consensus about them among girls is mostly positive. However, they aren't the most memorable of houses- I tend to forget about them more than others. I guess that could be a good thing or a bad thing, depending on how you look at it- either they have no douches who make the house look really bad, or no guys who represent the house really well.
