Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.2 Clearly in the top 3, might be a little elitist, but party harder then any house i have ever been too, Their past two pledge class have been arguable the best on the row, competing for "the top House" status

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 3.2 attractive guys but not much beyond that. at times disrespectful, unclassy, and have a tendency to take advantage. plus, cabo sucked this year.

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 3.6 From a GDI who goes to the Row quite a bit, Phi Psi guys are really hot but they don't really respect girls at all, especially girls in relationships. If you get to know them outside of the Greek scene they're actually pretty cool but if you meet them at a party don't expect much substance

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.0 from a DG senior: one of my favorite frats at SC along with Sigma Chi and Pike.. these guys party hard and are pretty cool guys but they can be a bit stuck up at times. Frost is still one of the best annual parties on the row tho!

NEW ON GREEKRANK

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 3.0 Definitely part of the top 5 here. They have some really hot seniors but things kinda drop off after that. I have some friends in the house but there are definitely some guys with an attitude problem. They try to act superior and talk down about other houses but I tend to go to the others more. Phi psi has two fantastic parties in the year but it is pretty flat most weekends. I'll definitely be there again for frost though!

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.2 Solidly top. Attractive, fun, and overall pretty nice. Definitely a few douches but its expected in a top house. Amazing registers and a top choice for my thursday nights as well.
