Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.4 I love these guys. They're super cute, a little nerdy but in that good way. I'd want them all as my best friends. They're just fun guys to hang out with. Find out when something big is happening at the house, because some nights are better then others. Also, it's by far the prettiest physical house, cleanest, doesn't feel grungy like a frat house. Love these boys!

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.4 Mixed back look-wise. They're well liked by a lot of sororities and do events with a bunch of different houses. They deserve credit for scoring an exchange with DG in the fall also

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 2.0 Honestly, most of the guys are nice. But a lot of them are really awkward. Seems like most of them were the social outcasts/nerds in high school. There's a lot of other houses I'd rather be on thursday night.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 3.0 I think Phi Delt is lower middle tier. Some people think it's bottom tier though. However, I think the guys are really nice. People often compare Phi Delt with Beta. I would say 100% Phi Delt is better than Beta because the guys are so much nicer / not as sloppy / and aren't as douchey. If you're deciding between the two, I would definitely recommend Phi Delt over Beta. I always have a good time there and have met some great guys.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.3 A solid middle tier house with a wide variety of guys. Probably the nicest house on the Row. They do events with basically every sorority, from the upper tier to the lowest, which to me shows how well-liked/respectable they are. As somebody said, parties are hit or miss, but I've never seen it totally dead there.

SOmetimes their parties are dead by midnight, but i've been to a few really good ones. their old social chair is really hot
