Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.4 Has the best house behind TKE's. Apart from the physical house aspect, the guys here aren't 'frat star life' but more dating/husband material . A lot of diverse group of guys too

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.8 Such a sick house with cool guys! Their last register ski lodge was sick!! They had David Guetta, Major laser and only served Dom P kegs . They even had nobu cater for them omg like, I can't even, ok? The guys all had four biceps and 16 packs, so hot ❤️❤️ I heard Justin bieber is a brother and their treasurer is a partner at Goldman Sachs too wtf special shoutout to nick ring the party animal, he's so funny

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.6 Quality group of classy guys. Very good looking with only a couple outliers. Always down to have a good time and are very respectful of females. Usually have a very good time here and they're definitely on the rise. Only a matter of time before some of the good ones on the row are finally at the top

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.4 Underrated house. Not sure about the bad reviews lately, but Ski Lodge was one of my favorite parties of the year. Mostly hot guys but a few weird outliers. I love how they mix with all sororities, and wish we mixed more often. Overall a fun house that is really on the level of TKE, rather than with losers like PiKapp.
