Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.4 This is a top house and a lot of people on here are spamming. There are always girls at this house and they throw the best parties although their sophomores and freshman are kinda jerks an think they are better than everyone else. It's sad that frats and sorority go on others pages to spam them and make up lies. Over all good house I'd say bottom top teir:top middle tier

This is a top house and a lot of people on here are spamming. Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 3.6 A solidly middle house in most regards. Guys are pretty nice, though they have a few guys who try too hard to be fratty. Parties are usually decent- I try to stop by here relatively often.
