Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 5.0 no question... top house, awesome nice and hot guys, super fun parties where you can dance and talk to guys without being creeped on. i dont know about some of these other comments, cuz aepis are down to earth and have an incredible brotherhood. their pledging is more difficult, but from what i hear has gotten much much easier over the years from the school tightening up.

Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 2.8 Their rep really has been slipping despite making so much progress in the last few years. Their new pledge class is subpar and their nickelodeon registered was just sad.

Not a fan of this house, and I've been there several times, so it wasn't like I was just there on an off-night, agree that the guys overall lack looks (and tend to be very short, too), which is okay, but they don't make up for any of this in charm or personality. So-so, and some of them have ZERO manners.
