They still have a lot of good looking guys who are always (well, almost always) very classy and mix with only the top sororities. May not be top top, but definitely a top house at usc

Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 1.6 Average house with a ton of short, average kids. If you want to be friends with hot girls join AEPi, if you want to date them join a top 4 house in Sig Chi, Lambda Chi, Phi Psi, and Tke.

Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.2 I don't understand any of these bad ratings, I go to a lot of aepi parties and always have fun. Aepi is really well regarded on campus and I never feel uncomfortable there

Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 2.0 It's a shame to see the downfall of what used to be a decent house. I guess they are known for their summer parties, so I checked one out and will not be going back! These parties are extremely ratchet and not what I was expecting whatsoever. Beware of plastic vodka in grey goose bottles, these boys are cheap! Hopefully their blue chip dinner won't be at Papa Cristos again!!

Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 1.4 AEPi reached its peak in Fall 2013 but has struggled to stay afloat since. This house is heading in the wrong direction, fast. They have lost all their connections with the top sororities: Kappa, DG, Theta, and Pi Phi. Their spring parties were an absolute joke with 10-15 of the same AEPi groupies showing up every time and a majority of the brothers creeping on girls from the second floor. A lot of the cute boys are gone, leaving try-hard wanna-be's. A night with AEPi is a night off at SC.

They aren't as popular as they used to be, but are nonetheless still a top house. They are known for their Friday Night parties over the summer.

Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 1.0 They are going down the drain. No connections with top sororities and care more about getting messed up than meeting girls. The brotherhood is not strong and has very poor attendance.
