Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 3.8 Struggled when their Juniors this last spring went abroad and they were on probation. Definitely a top and bottom heavy house year wise but there's something about them that keeps everybody coming back for the most part. Have a lot of friends in a lot of places and several very well known boys. Cute sophomores. We'll see how they go this fall with a new pledge class on the way in.

Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.6 They were one of the better mid tier frats but they got hit hard by the administration last year so they'll be struggling these next few semesters for sure sadly, the future does not look bright for these guys

Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.0 Suffered last semester because of accusations, however this house holds a great brotherhood and throws great parties. They fell last year because of constant probation and accusations, however this is still a very solid fraternity at USC

Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 3.8 Some are chill cool dudes but a lot are really weird and creepy. They do throw great parties and their house is one of my favorite houses on the row (referring to house, not frat). One thing that amazes me is how much potential trouble they face every year but some how manage to survive and get away from getting kicked off every time.
