Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.0 Great top middle upper lower tier house. Went there and had a great time when i visited. Made friends with a person named Trevor, still talk to him to this day!

Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 2.0 Heard they made everyone rushing this semester black out. Don't even think of stepping foot in their new house with their reputation and looks, it's not even set up and let's hope their pledges pick up the slack. Seems like they're just okay with being where they are i can see them falling a bit soon if they dont get their stuff together.

Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.9 These guys are really cool, and also only mix with the top sororities which makes them the only ones who aren't considered 'top tier' to do this. Some pretty douchey guys but in general they are nice and throw really fun parties. Top of the upper middle tier.

Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.7 Honestly I feel like this is the only fraternity that nobody really dislikes, and that's because there really isn't any reason to. They are probably the closest house to cracking the top tier from upper mid. They throw really fun parties and arguably have the best sorority relations on the row. Really great guys overall
