If you're trying to change yourself to give a sorority a false impression of you, you're gonna have a bad time.

Why didn't you join a sorority the first time? Chances are if a sorority rejects you once, you won't get in the second time. Trust the system and be yourself. Instead of asking what THEY are looking for, you should be asking yourself what YOU are looking for. Personally, it would piss me off if someone joined my sorority just for the rep, and I'm sure DGs and all the other sororities would feel the same.
