COB? How does it work

Curious abt continuous open bidding (cob). If anyone knows how it works or how they will approach someone abt it, it would be really helpful! I opted out of pref bc I didnt get the ones i was hoping for but if anyone knows anything abt cob it would rlly help :)

They’ll usually dm or reach out to you. Or u can ask the chapter if they might be doing it. Usually top tiers do it rarely and for girls they know or like, and it’s a little different and more casual from other options like spring recruitment.
