what makes fiji and sig top tier

What's stopping the other frats like zeta psi or alpha delt from getting the reputation of what people consider tiers

I'd say Phi Delt is more top tier than Fiji tbh... It's always historically been phi delt and sig at the top.

looks, recruitment success, sorority relations, sports involvement, involvement on campus, how good their parties are, how good of a brotherhood they have, strong alumni network (to help guys get jobs after graduation, this is something that's less tangible but being in a successful frat tends to translate to success after uni)
