by: UMMokay, I'm sure I am not the only one curious about this but what tf was this red heart gala thingy aphi had? was it their philanthropy this year or? It just seemed like they all dressed in red with their parents and boyfriends? but I'm sure it was more than that...

Red Dress Gala - it is a gala fundraiser for the Heart & Stroke Foundation that is done by most APhi chapters in the States and other Canadian schools. Alpha Phi International’s philanthropic mission is women’s heart health. And alumni, parents, friends, boyfriends etc cons and money is raised through tickets and silent auctions. aphi raised over 5k for a good cause so i would say it was pretty successful. It was a private event so most people weren’t invited
