what makes psi u bottom tier?

Have you seen either of those rush videos? I mean yeah psi u social media is pretty weak, but dke and ksig actually did more harm than good to their reputation with those videos. Ask any sorority girl and you'll know how bad they got laughed at.

The difference between the houses that are better ranked is just how many years they have been running well in regards to their leadership, looks, sorority relations, athletics, etc... psi u has not been quality nor consistent over the past years but they are definitely a lot better now than when I came to ubc and I have some friends there now

i do believe psi u is on the come up and i would rank them above dke and ksig but they're brotherhood, sorority relations, and overall influence in the greek system is no where near any of the top 4

If you actually knew the guys in psi u you’d know their brotherhood is way better than frats like phi delt and alpha delt where brothers have literally been known to backstab each other

Yeah this is true, probably not half but they do always lose some guys.. their spring class always seems to be pretty decent though
