Why are they seen as a bottom tier chapter? Whats their reputation? Are they close to any frats?

Every girl is different, there are some that are really close to some frats and others who aren’t. Similarly there are some that are very social and outgoing and some that aren’t. Would not group that chapter into one category, I’m sure it’s the same for other chapters
