I haven't heard that they're cliquey and it doesn't seem like a lot of the pledges drop which is a good sign. These ladies are gonna kill it soon, and my frat will be watching ;)

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at University of British Columbia - UBC 5.0 APhi has 10-12 girls from this year's pledge class that cross rushed DG, Kappa, or Gamma Phi. The majority cross-rushed Theta and AGD, a very few cross rushed AOPi but none were rejected b/c Panhel doesn't allow AOPi to cut anyone b/c of their low numbers. But nice try!
