they got asked by DKE first (sort of) and have a policy of saying yes to whoever asks them first. Zeta should go balls out next year and take advantage of this loophole.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of British Columbia - UBC 1.8 just want to let all the rushees of phi delt know that if you are offered a bid before bids day or if you are threatened that you will not get a bid for cross-rushing, know that that is completely not allowed and pathetic. Any organization that forces an ultimatum like that on a rushee is messed up. Join a frat that doesn't use scare tactics. (look at their track record from the past few years if you dont know what i'm talkin about)

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of British Columbia - UBC 4.4 First night at uni I showed up to the greek village and was drawn to their house by the massive line out front... after getting to know some of the guys including the president I was sold on frat life and am now almost 100% going to rush this frat. Absolute beauty guys from all different backgrounds, interests and programs.
