Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of British Columbia - UBC 3.4 I'd say they're middle tier, but their new guys are what brought them from lower towards upper.. just because they actually started to care about things other than partying for once. I've noticed they always get a lot of low rankings the second they get a couple positive ones because everybody loves to hate them, good thing they don't care :)! The high school comments are kindaa weird tho, I've never gotten that impression... Kinda sounds more like ADPhi I think.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of British Columbia - UBC 4.2 I like them because they're one of the only genuine fraternities. All the others try so hard and bend over backwards for sororities. Phi delts will treat you like one of their own if you deserve it but don't waste time on you if you don't. Ignore the other comments boys, they're just idiots

Never seen so many guys that looked like they were desperate to be cool in high school , along with some guys in alpha delt as well. It's like they think joining a fraternity would make them cool.
