Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of British Columbia - UBC 1.0 They all put up a front of who they are, the more of them I talk too, the more I see how much they hate each other. I feel sorry for the few good ones that got coerced into joining such a terrible frat with literally no support system or brotherhood.

Did anyone have good retention this year? From what I've seen almost all frats lost at least several. I'm in a sorority but also this years group of guys that came through were subpar in general

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of British Columbia - UBC 2.6 Had a Christmas dinner with ADPi. These guys are so lame and cheap that they served lasagna and couldn't even manage to give us alcohol. Sig's dinner last week was just okay but still blew yours out of the water
