Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at University of British Columbia - UBC 3.9 not the coolest house on campus but definitely the sweetest. Have never heard a girl complain about them and they always take care of the girls at their parties and events. There's always someone who will walk you home and always someone who will help you if you're in trouble. Not super fratty but the most genuine boys in the Greek system imo.

Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at University of British Columbia - UBC 3.9 Honestly speaking, if these guys recruit like they did last fall and continue to grow with quality future pledge classes they can easily rise in the system. Some say they already have. If a fraternity gets kicked out of the village these guys could come in and have an impact immediately. Kind of stuck in the bottom to lower tier until that happens though.
