Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of South Dakota - USD 5.0 Best house on campus. Involved with not only the campus but the community. They have parties and philanthropies, just like any house, but it really feels like they take it to a whole new level when it comes to the sincerity they show when doing philanthropy events. I haven't met a Phi that I don't appreciate.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of South Dakota - USD 5.0 They are a diverse group of men that look out for each other despite thier many diferences. They might be known as geeks but their intermurial sports teams are always at the top! They have some good parties but they also know how to be a social without drinking which is hard to find on this campus. Proud to be a phi!

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of South Dakota - USD 4.4 These hacks actually don't clean up to bad. Fairly good looking, house needs work. Top 1 or 2 at USD in terms of closeness or brotherhood. Fix your house though gives kind of a creepy vibe.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of South Dakota - USD 4.0 This house gets a bad rep around USD, in general. However, when you ask people their opinion of the individual guys in the house you will hear nothing but good things. YES, they know how to party and sometimes get out of hand. But the men of Pi Delt are some of my favorite. They are the most welcoming and some of the most sincere gentlemen on campus. If I had to pick from any of the houses to hang out on a quiet tuesday night I will always choose a Pi Delt. You will always have fun sober or not.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of South Dakota - USD 2.6 They rush and give bids to anyone. i walked in the house and received a bid the next day. my friends all joined here and said they did not feel welcome, and later dropped because of this. they also lose over half their pledge class members due to low grades
