Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Franklin & Marshall College - FANDM 4.2 Always have a great time at skulls. They're always down for a good time and their sense of unity and brotherhood on campus is refreshing. While they may be one of the more overlooked fraternities, they just might be one of the best.

Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Franklin & Marshall College - FANDM 2.6 these guys get more crap then they deserve, but thats how the world works. if you don't have social skills or classic good looks, people will disrespect you and girls will ignore you. as sad as it is, they have strong bonds forged in the scalding depths of rejection. there's a place for everybody i guess.

Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Franklin & Marshall College - FANDM 5.0 Skulls has a great group of brothers. They have changed a great deal since 2009: the brothers are all really down to earth and very fun to party with. All in all they are very underrated and I suggest people meet them before they judge them.

Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Franklin & Marshall College - FANDM 4.2 This frat has significantly improved over the years. While a large portion of their former brothers were in fact, "creepy", more recent pledge classes have made a better name for these guys. They are pretty chill and fun to party with. Most of them don't seem too worried with trying to look cool and fratty, which gives them more of a laid back vibe. Overall, not the most attractive guys, but definitely the best personalities.
