Not in our lifetimes. Real estate is too expensive. Why build a house when you can build a 15 story dorm? Now, floors in a dorm? Maybe.

is dirt cheap real estate compared to a lot of other college towns. It's super cheap compared to the East or West Coast, Austin, Dallas, Houston, etc.

It's a buyer friendly market right now, and if the sororities couldn't get the backing to build even modest houses in a cheap market it's due to really bad support.

These are small chapters, and they haven't been there that long. The tons of alumnae needed to back building a house? They're just not there.
