who is going to be the new du on campus?

My guesses for the houses that take over as the "new" DU:
1. Acacia
2. A Sig
3. TKE
4. Chauncey Cooperative
All have pretty similar qualities, these four houses will have to vie for that acclaimed spot held by DU for so long

Sorry to AEPi because I know I'm going to get clocked for saying this even though I'm a sorority girl. But, I have curiously swung through A Sig, AEPi, D Sig, DU, and Phi Delt before, and I gotta say that AEPi could definitely take over for DU. Their function area is a decent size, they played pretty okay music, and they had good drinks (this was before BYOB so maybe not anymore). They functioned with Beta when I was there, so they have some connections that could benefit them going forward
