Sorry to AEPi because I know I'm going to get clocked for saying this even though I'm a sorority girl. But, I have curiously swung through A Sig, AEPi, D Sig, DU, and Phi Delt before, and I gotta say that AEPi could definitely take over for DU. Their function area is a decent size, they played pretty okay music, and they had good drinks (this was before BYOB so maybe not anymore). They functioned with Beta when I was there, so they have some connections that could benefit them going forward
