why do people hate on zeta so much???

I transferred out of Purdue a couple years ago and would love to know what happened. Can someone explain what Zeta did, why their reputation sucks, and why people hate them in general? Heavy on the details please.

Bad house overall. Lots of girls hate it and keep talking about dropping, and only stay in it for the sake of still being apart of Greek life.
