These guys know how to make friends, how to talk to girls, and how to get good grades. Seriously a house to look after. I'd look after this house if I were you. I'd watch this house if I were you. If I were you, I'd keep an eye on this house. You can expect great things from this house; this fraternity house. A brotherhood of men worth keeping an eye on. Watch out for Phi Sig!
