Kinda boring guys, they can drink but they aren't really fun to hang out with. Nice house and they throw a decent party if the guys in the house were cooler. This house kinda seems like they're more drinking buddies than brothers.

Solid group of guys with an emphasis on leadership and service. Not a typical frat house by any stretch, which can sometime limit their ability to get noticed through traditional channels. The physcial house has a handful of rough spots that need to be upgraded.
