I'm pretty sure you need to get a group of girls together and a rep from the sorority , or so many current members of that sorority in question on a campus to start a new chapter !

Yeah I can say that only having 6 chapters isnt the campuses fault , it's completely dependent on students who want to start that chapter here , and take the time to reach out to the organizations national headquarters.
