I was and adpi for 2 years and genuinely tried to convince myself that this was a sisterhood when i knew it wasn’t unless you were a part of certain cliques in the sorority. I preffed phi mu and wanted to be in phi mu so bad bc they seemed like they had their faith in god as a priority more than any sorority and that’s what i wanted so bad. Adpi was my second choice and they acted like they also had faith as a priority in the sorority when i talked to them about it during recruitment and it was lowkey a lie but they wanted to bring girls in so bad they’d lie to these pnms when they asked a question about their values. In my two years of being pretty incolved in Greek get down, the exec board, and numerous adpi activities I’d volunteer to help with, i only had 2 people that ever really tried to talk to me or hang out with me. I actually went to high school with another adpi and she was literally one of the cliquey, bully, mean girls and that’s really what a lot of adpi is made up of. If you were not the cliquey mean girl or peaked in high school with daddy’s money then you were kind of an outcast in adpi and i know a few still in there now that feel like that and i feel bad for them and it’s sad. It’s sad that on bid day you have the best day ever with these girls you’ve been talking to all week, thinking they’re gonna be your best friends and the values you want in a sisterhood during recruitment are talked about and honestly majority of it is fake.After bid day you’ll go through the buddy system and meet new girls, and in my situation these girls literally never talked to me after the system, other than my big that i met through it. Recruiting girls is so fake, I know because i had to be on the sister side of recruitment for one year and i basically had to put a pretty face on and say amazing things about adpi when majority of what i said to these girls were not true, i realized before this recent recruitment i was a victim to that and i didn’t even realize it until years later that these girls were literally lying about how amazing their sisterhood was to make them look good. Also speaking of looking good, the same exact girls are posted every few pictures on the Instagram. I sent in so many pictures that i thought were good enough for the Instagram and it’s disgusting how they want a look for the sorority so bad they will only put certain types of girls on the Instagram to attract certain types of girls to the sorority. You can literally see what I’m talking about when u look on @adpivsu Instagram. It’s sad when i did put in a lot into the sorority and didn’t get out what i thought I’d get. Everyone in adpi says you will get what you put in in adpi and i did that but still it was so cliquey to me and many other girls were a part of a clique that it felt like high school. I did meet some sweet girls and had great times at socials but it was just sad to see that around 60/70 ish girls were cliquey and acted like they were better than me when they saw me. Like literally at my job I’d see girls and they’d act like they didn’t know me, that makes me sick to my stomach that more girls will feel like this. I had more people engage with me and i try to hang out in other sororities. I just feel bad for any girl that will go through what i went through after this recruitment. I’m sure it’s a sisterhood to the girls a part of the cliques in adpi but there should never be cliques to begin with in a sorority. I pray things change in adpi.

This is the sorority most likely to be on probation every year for grades and deadbeat girls who won’t pay their dues. Biggest mistake I ever made.

I was in this particular sorority at this campus. It is not something you want to be a part of. The girls are mean and only care about the title Alpha Delta Pi. If you’re not blonde, rich or a white girl, they don’t want you and if you do get a bid from them, they were just trying to meet their quota so you’re just a number. You gain no sisters because they will all go behind your back and stab you. They do little to nothing in the community and I know for a fact that over half of the hour that have been submitted for community service has been made up. If it is not served to them on a silver platter then they don't want it and they will DEFINITELY let you know. If you are not "pretty enough" then they don't want you as a part of their instagram page or recruitment video. They want to make sure the face of ADPi is just pretty girls because right now that is all they have got going for them. They do not care about you or your feelings. They all are “daddies money” kind of girls and it really shows. This is a chapter full of 80+ girls and I can walk away strongly telling you that I gained 2 real and true friends. They are ungrateful as well. Personally I worked my ass off for these girls to not be appreciated once, just been judged and made fun of. It’s literally a bunch of girls stuck in the high school bully role. I always hear the “you hate em cause you aint em” but I was them and honeslty I am embarrassed to say that I was one. ADPi is known for baking in the mean girls and girls who sleep around with all the frat boys and that was something I did not want to be apart of. They also don't get along well with others. If that’s you and your type of gals, go for it but that was not me.

Great sorority! Very friendly, super down to earth girls. Met some really great sisters & have life long friends

Fun chapter but have gone down hill and have gotten some really weird guys. They like competition and can throw a party but don't ever throw many anymore unless its with ADPi.

Definitely one of the top tier chapters. Know how to have fun and be laid back at the same time. They hang out with a lot of KDs which fits them very well. Also they have some cute guys in this chapter.

Most people consider them in between middle and top tier. I see them do some stuff on campus and they have a good sisterhood. A few of the girls in this chapter have ran to other sorority girls saying they wish they didn't go phi mu and went something else. From the girls I know in this chapter they are cool mediocre looking girls that have party every now and then.

This chapter has most of the pretty/wealthy girls and if your are not that then you most likely aren't getting in. Had a friend rush and they asked her what her parents did and she decided not to rush after that which doesn't sit right with me. The ones I have met are judgy photo props that don't do anything with any other sororities and only like delta chi. Also they don't really care about anyones feelings or what they say about/to you unless you have a good money known name. Just take this from someone who has experienced this chapter plenty of times..

I don’t really hear much about this chapter.. other than they are known as the smart girls that don’t really do much.

I’ve only had a bad experience with this chapter. They are very stuck up and don’t care about you unless you are in that chapter. I personally have not had a good time with these girls because they have judged me because maybe my appearance isn’t the same basic appearance every girl in that chapter has. Don’t do anything for the community and only party or talk crap about other girls because they think they are better.
