What's wrong with kappa?

I don't go to unc but I grew up in the area. At my school and many others, kappa is a top house or at least upper tier. Their national rep is also pretty good (Meghan Markle is a kappa). But here at unc, kappa is a bottom house which I find odd especially in the south. Is Kappa just not very involved at UNC or is there another reason?

In all seriousness, they just aren't as hot as the other sororities and fraternities don't mix with them. They're *the* bottom sorority at UNC
