zeta?
by: PNMWhy does zeta seem to get so much hate? I'm a PNM and even freshman girls say bad things about them but nobody has been able to tell me a reason why they don't like them or justify their negative opinion?

No one who's already involved in Greek life dislikes them. If you're hearing any hate it's from people who think it's "cool" to hate on them but have never actually been in a sorority.
All of the "negetive rumors/drama" is completally perpetuated by PNMs And maybe a few sorority girls who never matured past high-school level mindsets
Try to ignore negetive things you hear about sororities- it's totally baseless.

I agree that most of the hate is perpetuated by PNMs and a few catty girls in other sororities. Zeta has a lot of genuinely sweet girls who care about their sisterhood (like every sorority does), especially in the newer pledge class. Reserve your judgement on all houses until recruitment.

everything written about zeta dirty rushing is a perpetuated rumor. It's unfortunate to watch sororities try and tear each other down without any factual basis. I wish everyone would focus on their own rush and being their best instead of using their energy to harm other organizations reputations.

Just not even true. Going through as a PNM, I got invited to a party before school started that was hosted by older zeta girls for freshman girls that they were trying to vet for recruitment. I wasn't really familiar with the rules at the time but looking back now I know it DEFINITELY violated panhel rules. I hate how many rumors are spread on here but this is something I experienced myself so it's not baseless at all. I wish I knew to report it at the time since I've heard so many similar experiences that girls have had since with them.

ZTA dirty rushes as much as any top tier but the fact that they bid promise so frequently and so consistently over the years is what bothers the rest of the sororities. And the fact they have such a low rentention rate with pledges only shows how their sisterhood is less than desirable.

Never meant to imply that they were, my bad. I was saying they dirty rush like the top tiers here do, not they are one. They are dropping very quickly.
