Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 2.6 Went to one party...didn't ever go back. One time I walked by their house and they were blaring music and then they yelled lyrics at me...so that was odd. They're just odd. Plus I'm not saying they're unattractive, maybe they have low self-esteem, but they don't pull above a 6 for functions/partners.
