Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 4.0 Great group of guys, and got a solid fall 2015 pledge class. These guys get a lot of undeserved hate but then again everyone does. Definitely on the rise.
