Popular guys, good looking, smart and welcoming. Their house is just ok but they have two houses... the senior house is gorgeous and hey...they’re on frat court ! .

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 1.0 Literally only has like 25 members because it's so bad. They really think they're becoming relevant again but it's only because freshmen are desperate for any party. The guys are weird and I honestly don't know why anyone would go there, anyone who's a sophomore and up does not think highly of this frat at all.
