Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 3.5 SAE throws pretty often which is great. I don't know why they're considered mid-bottom tier but that's the general consensus. There's a couple hot guys per PC but that's it. Overall nice but eh.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 4.2 A really close chapter of brothers. They had some rough years but I feel safe at their parties and any talks I’ve had with any brothers have been really nice. I actually really like them 😭😭😭

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 4.7 Great house on BFC. Smaller frat than the other big names on campus, which means the brothers r rly close but pledge classes r smaller and it’s harder to get a bid. The NC beach boys tend to go here but they also have plenty of other guys from good ole boys to rich yankees.
