Phi Gamma Delta - FIJI Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 1.0 These guys only have parties during rush. Really they only compete with non-big 4 for rushees. They're on par with SAE and Chi Psi I would say. Definitely not top though.

They throw parties, people just have to be invited to them, just because they don't let randoms in their house doesn't mean they don't do anything. Could do a bit more but non the less a great group of guys.
