Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 3.8 Definitely not typical fraternity guys- I have a couple friends here who are really big into "changing what fraternity means" which I guess is cool for them. Parties are eh (off campus house), but they seem to be better friends with each other than honestly any other house I've met. Could be a lot cooler if they weren't small and off campus

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 1.4 Why would anybody even join this? They have a (very small) off campus house. I have never heard of any sorority mixing with them. One of the creepy guys at their parties kept trying to make weird conversation with me and my friends the entire time and just kept saying "do you need more alcohol?"

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 1.0 I'm a senior in a real fraternity here. And I just now heard of these guys. Off campus house, weird as kids walking around in cargos and converses. Good luck growing.
