Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 1.9 Definitely the best frat not on campus but that’s not saying much. Don’t have a house so they rent out bars which can be fun but not the traditional frat scene. Very easy to get a bid

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - UNC 3.4 I was at their party on the Saturday before Halloween. It was surprisingly good. Seems like there are some cool guys in the frat but they’re j not well known at all. I think once know people here about them they’re gonna be pretty solid.
