clearly kappa has a really bad reputation and gets the girls who have been cut from the top tiers but their pledge classes have been improving every year and will only continue to improve and bring kappa back where it should be at the top tier... or at least in the middle which is why i chose the middle tier. they definitely do not deserve to be at the bottom anymore- their girls are getting hotter and hotter and giving kappa a better name one that will match up with its national ranking
