Speaking For this year and going to the future they have moved out of mediocre last year and now to the top. This year made a huge comeup. Defintely the go too frat for now and the future. Also theres no competition with their parties

Brown house ATO was better than Iron/Knapp ATO. Ever since Spring 2017 things just haven’t been the same with them. Although I will say, freshman love them. Them and Delta Pi compete for the top freshman breeding ground for sure.
