Sisterhood who dates each other and scraps from formal recruitment. Nobody INTENTIONALLY goes ADPI here, usually it is their last resort.

I have only had great experiences when around Tri Sig. The girls are definitely a group of people who want to love and accept everyone for who they are, unfortunately that bites them in the butt sometimes because of their retention rates. But regardless I really love the girls and have gotten really close with them. They support all of my chapters events and we support there’s. And the newer members (first and second years) are lowkey baddies and are going to grow the hell out of that chapter. Big things are going to happen for them and they will be the top house one day.

Adpi gets a lot of crap. Point blank. But I don’t really think it’s fair because they really are a good sisterhood. They are genuine girls with lots of different interests around campus. They’re becoming more involved every year and have a great heart. They have spent a lot of time with ATO and PIKE mostly and their girls do party, they just don’t like being the center of attention. Recently updated the balcony on their house so that’s cool!

Pros/cons of tri sigma: -pros: really sweet group. These girls do really try to get their name out there, their numbers just can’t keep up with it. They definitely have had some really cute girls. They are always at everything just not always in the big groups like the other houses. They had the biggest and best pc last year so good for them. They are the newest house, so the house is more modern and definitely “homey”. If you’re not sure sorority life is for you, this house is a more chill/sweet girl choice. -cons: don’t get me wrong, i feel bad that they’re so sweet, but their numbers just really struggle. They’re still the better choice over adpi in my opinion. Despite getting the biggest pc last year, a lot of them left. They definitely should also help out some of their “odd” members do a better job during conversations at recruitment. I’ve heard it can be awkward/forced. They have the potential to be “middle tier” if they can get past that.

Pros/cons of sigma kappa: -pros: your stereotypical cutesy sorority girl(with the exception of a few odd ones). Generally, a nice group who also seem to get along pretty well. They typically show up to most events in big groups which is good. They’ve done a good job retaining their members as well with the exception of the past 2 years they’ve had some dropping. They do a really good job with PR/social/ and themes. They also are passionate about their philanthropy. Lastly, their house is pretty with the exception of the upstairs. Cons: well some of them are rude, but not as bad as gam or alpha xi. It’s honestly an issue you’ll face at any house. The 3 semester live in requirement is also not great unless they’ve changed that.

Pros/cons of delta zeta: -pros: really happy group of girls. They all seem to get along really well and enjoy being there. Similar to alpha xi, they have a diverse group of personalities. They have a few odd ones but mostly cutesy fun girls. A lot of party girls which may be good or bad depending on your own preference. They also have some really smart girls. Typically they do a great job retaining members all 4 years, but had some drops this year. They still have good numbers though. Their house is pretty and a good size too. Overall, a great group to be with. They’ve been on the come up with the cuter girls&themes. -cons : after getting rid of their fines(most houses have fines if you don’t show up to something) they have struggled with showing up to everything. There’s always a decent group at everything, but not full participation all the time. No fines is definitely a plus, but I hope they get more of their members participation.
